Easter Brownie Nests With Robin Eggs

A dark chocolate nest filled with pretty blue Robin eggs are the perfect dessert for a Spring gathering or celebration!

Decadent and delicious chocolate brownie cups filled with yummy festive eggs are the perfect dessert for your Easter celebration. This simple recipe is so much fun for you and the children to make. These very adorable mini-eggs in brownie nests look beautiful on your holiday table as well. Just use your classic brownie recipe, bake and place candy blue Robins eggs into the center. Everyone will be sure to enjoy this festive Easter dessert.

They are even a perfect recipe for a Spring party or gathering.

1 batch classic brownies

1 small bag Mini- candy Robins Eggs (Hersheys chocolate eggs are used)

1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

2. Grease the inside of muffin cups thoroughly and fill them half way with brownie batter. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the tops of the brownies are set and cake tester comes out clean.

3. Allow the brownies to cool for ten minutes., then remove them from the muffin cups and allow them to cool completely. As they cool the centers will deflate slightly. You can press down gently to make a deeper cave. Then drop in the eggs and serve!

You can also use mini-muffin tins to make smaller brownie nests.
