I posted as couple of weeks ago about the new Kensett Darien development being built off Hoyt Street. In case you didnt see it, Kensett is a development of homes designed with the Fairfield County population in mind.
It will feature an extraordinary meeting house, complete with spa,pool,bar,meeting space,and gyms. The homes themselves are 3,300 square feet to 4,400 square feet and there are plans for free standing homes as well.There will be at least four floor plans to choose from.
