Darien Home Prices Up 9.5 Percent at End of October

The average residential real estate price in Darien rose 9.5 percent on a year-to-date basis at the end of October.

Results in other real estate categories, according to statistics reported today by the Darien MLS, were:

-- Sales volume up 11.8 percent, and
-- Sales increased by 2.1 percent.
