A higher average sale price, as reported earlier today, and higher sales volume led the way for Darien's latest year-to-date residential real estate statistics as of September 30, 2013.
The average residential sale price as the end of September was up 7.6 percent compared with one year ago.
Sales volume rose 8.6 percent compared with a year ago.
