Buyer Activity Prominent in Darien Real Estate Market Results Last Week

Buyers continued to be active in Darien's spring real estate market last week with seven accepted offers ranging in asking price from $925,000 to $4,600,000.

Results in other major real estate categories were:

-- 12 new listings;

-- Two price changes, and

-- Four closing reported on the Darien MLS.
