Connecticut Home Sales Show Continuing Strength in the First Quarter of 2013

Connecticut's real estate market ended "very strong last year in both closed sales and new deposits," Prudential Connecticut reports in its new first quarter 2013 analysis released this week.

Pending sales of single family homes rose 17.1 percent over the first quarter of last year, and deposits on condominiums went up 29 percent, according to the report.
