Another Busy Week in Darien's Active Spring Real Estate Market

Buyers and sellers were kept busy again last week in Darien's active spring real estate market.

There were 18 accepted offers on residential properties ranging in asking price from $715,000 to $3,600,000.

Results in other categories were:

-- Nine properties going under contract;

-- 18 new listings of residential properties for sale;

-- 17 price changes, and

-- 12 closings reported on the Darien MLS.
