Four closings highlighted Darien's residential real estate results for the week ending January 4, 2013, according Darien MLS reports posted today.
The four properties and their selling prices were: 3 Abbey Road, $776,425; 0 Half Mile Road, a lot that sold for $1,175,000; 305 Middlesex Road, $1,910,000, and 340 Middlesex Road, $2,900,000.
