The four properties and their selling prices were: 3 Abbey Road, $776,425; 0 Half Mile Road, a lot that sold for $1,175,000; 305 Middlesex Road, $1,910,000, and 340 Middlesex Road, $2,900,000.
In other Darien real estate news: two new listings for sale came on the market; there were three price changes; two properties were reported with accepted offers, and two went under contract.
