Darien’s Real Estate Market Moved Ahead

With Gains in Offers, New Listings in Past Week

 

Darien’s residential real estate market was highlighted in the week ending today with:

 

--  Five properties receiving accepted offers;

--  Four going under contract;

--  Seven price changes;

--  Nine new listings, and

-- Two properties which closed.
