The five new offers were for 10 Catherine St., on the market for $424,900; 281 West Ave., $549,000; 6 Tulip Tree Lane, $1,548,000; 7 Pasture Lane, $1,595,000, and 13 Revere Road, $1,995,000. During the week, 27 Devon Road, listed at $1,595,000, reverted to accepted offer status.

Closed properties were 35 Hazel, which sold for $649,000; 29 Phillips Lane, $876,000; 11 Lynn Court, $1,025,000; 40 Hanson Road, $1,400,000, and 30 Pear Tree Point Road, $4,150,000.
