Five new accepted offers and an equal number of closings highlighted real estate activity in Darien for the week ending December 14, 2012.
The new offers were for 10 Catherine St., listed at $424,900; 281 West Ave., $549,000; 6 Tulip Tree Lane, $1,548,000; 7 Pasture Lane, $1,595,000, and 13 Revere Road, $1,995,000. 27 Devon Road, listed at $1,595,000, reverted to accepted offer status during the week.
