Ten transactions put closings at the head of Darien's residential real estate categories for the week ending today.
Closings ranged from a house that sold for $850,000 to another than closed at $4,190,000, according to the Darien MLS.
Results in other categories were:
-- Six new listings of properties for sale;
-- Eight accepted offers;
-- Two properties going under contract , and
-- Two price changes.
