Closings Led Darien Home Stats in the Past Week

Nine closings led Darien's real estate stats for the week ending today, according to the Darien MLS.

Closings ranged from a house that closed at $326,000 to another with a closing price of $4,200,000.

Results in other real estate categories were:

-- Five new listings of properties for sale;
-- Two price changes;
-- Five accepted offers, and
-- Four properties going under contract.
