Closings Top Darien Home Stats for Fourth Week

Closings topped Darien's main residential real estate categories again for the fourth consecutive week.

Nineteen closings were reported on the Darien MLS for the week ending today.  They ranged from a house with a selling price of $507,500 to another that closed at $3,250,000.  Last week, 18 closings were reported.

Results in other categories were:

-- Three accepted offers;
-- Six properties which went under contract;
-- Thirteen new listings of property for sale, and
-- Four price changes.
