Darien's average residential real estate sale price rose 5.2 percent in August, compared with the same period one year ago.
Results in other real estate categories reported this morning on the the Darien MLS were:
-- Sales volume up 1.2 percent;
-- Sales down 3.8 percent, and
-- New listings declined 13.2 percent.
