Darien Home Sales Active Again in the Past Week

Home sales activity -- with 10 accepted offers and 11 properties going under contract -- led the way in Darien's residential real estate market results in the past week.

Results in other categories were:

-- Seven new listings for residential properties for sale;

-- Five price changes, and

-- Seven closings reported on the Darien MLS.
