Darien's residential real estate market saw nine accepted offers in the past week as spring gave way to the onset of summer.

Results in other major real estate categories, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- 12 properties going under contract;

-- nine new listings;

-- 12 price changes, and

-- six reported closings.
