New listings and closings led Darien's residential real estate stats for the week ending today.
Eight new listings of properties for sale came on the market during the week and an equal number were reported as closed, according to the Darien MLS.
Results in other categories were:
-- Six price changes of property for sale;
-- Three accepted offers, and
-- Two properties going under contract.
