The Darien YMCA is pleased to announce it’s first-ever Hula Hooping Workshop featuring Luluhoops! Join us on Saturday, October 5th from 9:30- 10:30 in our gymnasium, and burn up to 600 calories in one hour with this fun-filled, full body workout. We’ll be using handmade weighted hoops to tone your glutes, thighs, abs and lower back muscles, while improving balance, joint flexibility and motor skills.
