VEHICLE FIRE Around 4:16 a.m., the Noroton Heights Fire Department responded to a tractor trailer fire on southbound I-95 between exits 9 and 10. The source of the blaze was determined to be the vehicle's brakes.

GAS ALARM ACTIVATION A malfunctioning gas alarm brought the Darien Fire Department, the Noroton Fire Department, and the Noroton Heights Fire Department to 20 Grove Street around 10:37 a.m.

GAS GRILL FIRE Around 7:16 p.m, the Noroton Heights Fire Department responded to a gas grill fire at 264 Noroton Avenue.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT/INJURY: The Darien Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident/injury at the northbound I-95 Darien Service Plaza around 1:03 p.m.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT/INJURY: Around 12:48 a.m., the Noroton Heights Fire Department was called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident/injury at northbound I-95 exit 10.

GAS ODOR: The Noroton Heights Fire Department responded to a report of a gas odor at 50 Camp Avenue around 11:17 p.m. The source was determined to be a malfunctioning oil burner.
