Fire Log: Generator Triggers Fire Alarm
Firefighters also responded to four motor vehicle accidents and a truck fire.

Monday, June 28
TRUCK FIRE: Around 11:18 a.m., the Darien Fire Department and Noroton Heights Fire responded to a truck fire at the I-95 northbound Darien Service Plaza.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT/INJURY: A motor vehicle accident/injury brought the Darien Fire Department and Noroton Heights Fire to I-95 north exit 11 around 2:08 p.m.
SMOKE SCARE: Around 7:39 p.m., the Darien Fire Department responded to a pulled fire alarm at Robeks Juice (879 Post Road), but no sign of a fire was found.

Wednesday, June 30
MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT/INJURY: The Darien Fire Department came to the scene of a motor vehicle accident/injury on I-95 north around 6:17 a.m.
MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT/FUEL LEAK: Around 5:09 p.m., a fuel leak resulting from a motor vehicle accident brought the Darien Fire Department to the area of 964 Post Road.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT/INJURY: The Darien Fire Department came to the scene of a motor vehicle accident at Post Road and Thorndal Circle around 5:10 p.m.
Sunday, July 4
FIRE ALARM ACTIVATION: The Noroton Fire Department responded to an alarm activation at the Diagnostic Imaging Center of Darien (6 Thorndal Circle) around 7:21 p.m. Firefighters determined that the alarm had been triggered by heat from a generator in use at the time.
