  • 7:34 p.m.—43 Huckleberry Lane—odor of gas, gas leaking from stove—Darien Fire Department

Thursday, Jan. 3

  • 2:30 p.m.—6 Bouton Lane—c/o alarm activation (unintentional, owner testing system)—Noroton Heights Fire Department

Friday, Jan. 4

  • 1:42 p.m.—26 Searles Road—structure fire—all departments
  • 2:01 p.m.—110 Post Road—110 Post Road—smoke scare (defective ballast/ceiling fan)—Darien Fire Department
  • 3:49 p.m.—18 Fairmead Rd—odor of gas (nothing found)—Darien Fire Department

Saturday, Jan. 5

  • 12:50 p.m.—25 Tokeneke Rd—fire alarm activation (unintentional-smoke from washing machine)—Darien Fire Department
