Heights Pizza Burglarized

Stolen from the restaurant, Darien Police said, was a cash box containing about $400.

A cash box containing about $400 was reportedly stolen from Heights Pizza, located at 330 Heights Road in the Noroton Heights Shopping Center, when the store was burglarized during the early morning hours on Monday, Dec. 17th, Darien Police said.

Police said the burglary occurred between the hours of 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 16th and 6:40 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 17th.

Entry was gained by breaking out a section of glass on an exterior door near the locking mechanism and then disengaging the lock, according to a police report.

Police are investigating.
