Left on Floor with Other Phones & Wallets, iPhone Stolen
An iPhone was stolen from the floor at the Darien YMCA gym where the phone's owner was playing basketball.
A 17-year-old boy about to play basketball at a Darien YMCA gym left his iPhone on the floor along with his wallet and keys at about 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30.
There were other wallets, keys and phones on the gym floor as well, but the difference is that when he went back to retrieve his at about 4 p.m., his iPhone was missing.
Other people in the gym at the time were playing basketball. Darien police say they're continuing to investigate the incident.
The iPhone is valued at $300.
