An American Express credit card and about $15 in cash were reported stolen from on top of a locker in the boys' lacrosse locker room at Darien high school.
A boy told police he left the items on top of a locker at 5:15 p.m. on April 11 while he attended a sporting event, and they were gone when he returned at 9:45 p.m. The theft was reported to police on Monday, April 15.
The card was cancelled before any fraudulent purchases could be made.
