PROVIDING ALCOHOL TO MINORS: John Juterbock, 18, of Darien was charged with providing alcohol to minors around 11 p.m. Police received an anonymous complaint that there was yelling going on at a residence. When police arrived, they saw several beer bottles in the yard. They investigated an apartment off the garage, where black bags were filled with beer cans. There was a strong odor of marijuana and they observed marijuana blunts in the apartment. Juterbock was found in the main house, where he appeared to be intoxicated. He admitted to having a party in the apartment with underage individuals but denied supplying the alcohol to minors.

Norwalk Hospital ER contacted Darien Police due to a 17-year old Darien resident being admitted to the hospital. He had been at the party, according to police, and had been assaulted. He had a large welt under his left eye, cuts and scratches on his knuckles and a scratch on the back of his neck. He said he had been drinking but could not remember anything that happened.
