Police: Daughter Throws Iced Coffee at Mother

Police charged a 22-year-old Darien woman with disorderly conduct after they were called last Friday afternoon to a Noroton Avenue home.

A 22-year-old Noroton Avenue woman threw iced coffee at her mother and pushed her during an argument last Friday, Darien police said.

Police, who arrested the woman on a charge of disorderly conduct, gave this account of the matter:

Police were called at about 3 p.m. to the home on a report of a verbal altercation between the mother and daughter. Once officers found out about the iced coffee and pushing, they issued a summons to the daughter on a charge of disorderly conduct.

The daugher was taken to the home of a friend and was scheduled to appear March 18 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
