Electronics, Jewelry Taken from Post Rd. Home

Jewelry and electronic items were looted from a Post Road apartment sometime last weekend.

Sometime between 1 p.m. Friday and 6 p.m. Sunday, an apartment at 885 Post Rd. was broken into by someone who drilled out the keyhole to the front door of the home, Darien police said.

Pry marks were also found at the doorway, police said. A Dell laptop computer, an iPod and various items of jewelry were taken in the burglary, according to police.
