Edgerton Street, before 12:54 a.m.
A resident told police he had been awakened when his alarm company reported the activation of his home's alarm system.
When he checked the living room area, he found a rock had been thrown at the 4- by 4-foot picture window, but didn't make it through. It was found outside below the window. The outer part of the double-pane window was shattered.
