Teen Skateboarder Exposes Self 2X on Nearwater Ln.

Two women reported a skateboarding boy exposing himself to them on Nearwater Lane.

In two different incidents, women have reported that a teenage boy skateboarding on Nearwater Lane on Aug. 13 exposed himself to them.

Neither victim knows who the boy is. said they made an extensive check in the area but didn't find him.

The first victim described the boy as as white, 15 years old and with ear-length dark brown hair. The second victim said he was white, 15 to 17 years old, 6 feet in height, with blue eyes and wearing a royal blue shirt.

Police gave the following accounts of the incidents:

First report

At about 7:50 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 13, a woman was walking south on Nearwater Lane when she saw the teenage boy skateboard past her in the same direction.

The boy then turned around and came closer to her. She saw that as he was supposedly talking on his cell phone he had exposed his penis.

He passed her and approached her once again. She could see he was fumbling with the zipper of his short pants.

She moved into the street to avoid him.

The woman didn't have her cell phone with her, so she called police later.

Second report

That evening, very shortly after the first incident, the same boy approached a female jogger.

The woman said the boy first moved past her, then turned around and approached her several times, each time while fondling himself and attempting to expose himself.

As in the previous incident, the woman didn't have her cell phone with her, so she called police when she got home.

I find it surprising that the women both found it unnecessary to report this sooner or even stop at the next house to call police...isn't this the age of technology where everyone is carrying a cell phone of some sort? Did the women find this normal behavior of the teen? All sounds quite suspicious. Odd don't you think?

I was just watching this show last night about a serial rapist/murderer and they were saying that when he was a young teen, he would expose himself to women. I honestly hope he gets therapy before he turns into a psychopath.
