Someone broke into a boat, a 32-foot Legacy, in Darien Harbor recently, but nothing appears to have been stolen.
The burglary (a crime which can occur without theft) took place sometime between Sunday evening, June 17 and the afternoon of Tuesday, June 19.
Darien police said the lock cylinder was removed from a hatch, allowing entry into the interior cabin.
