The list was led by Jayme Stevenson, who was nominated by the RTC for first selectman .

"I am confident with Jayme Stevenson as first selectman, our team will continue to work together for the good of all Darien residents," current First Selectman Dave Campbell said Thursday. Campbell, who declined to pursue another term in the town's top post, was endorsed for a second term on the Board of Selectmen along with Jerry Nielsen.

"Serving the last two years as first selectman, Dave Campbell has been a roaring success," said Board of Finance chairman Liz Mao. "We Republicans have been most fortunate in having Dave as a town leader."
