Meet Darien's State Senators in Town Hall Monday Night

If you have a question, concern or problem to talk about with your state senator, both of Darien's senators will be at Town Hall tonight from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and available for you.

State Sen. Bob Duff , who represents parts of Norwalk and Darien, and state Sen. Carlo Leone, who represents part of Stamford and the rest of Darien, "will hold office hours at the Darien Town Hall to answer questions and discuss statewide and local issues with all interested members the general public," according to a news release sent by the Connecticut Senate Democrats.

“Feedback from our constituents is key to understanding our community’s interests and matters of concern. An open dialogue often leads to the best of solutions and I expect to have a robust exchange of ideas with all who can attend,” Leone said in the news release.

“Communication between citizens and their elected officials is the lifeblood of our democracy, so I hope all who are able will come to Town Hall on Monday night to talk about issues affecting Darien and our state,” Duff said in the same release.

Also, a "Report from the state Senators Bob Duff and Carlo Leone" is the first item on the agenda for Monday night's Darien Board of Selectmen meeting in Town Hall, which starts at 7:45 p.m. and is usually broadcast live by Darien TV79, Channel 79 on Cablevision.
