Like much of Darien, TV79 was without power for most of last week.

 

This week we re-air the February 28th League of Women Voters’ “Power Struggle” panel discussion based on the work of last year’s “Two Storms Panel” which studied the utilities’ response to last year’s devastating storms.  As you watch the show, compare the comments about “lessons learned” to last week’s response to “Sandy”.
