Join us at the Dairy King for ice cream at 1 .p.m. on Oct 31st.

Next, decorate your car, truck, SUV, farm tractor (or whatever else you call your daily transportation) with streamers and other attention-getting accessories.

Finally, we'll hit the streets caravan style, and with a blare of the horn, remind everyone to get out and vote on Tuesday, November 2.

We'll wrap it up early just in case you have big plans for Halloween night.
