Unwanted Drug Disposal Day

The Darien Health Department and the Darien Police Department in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) have scheduled another Prescription Drug Take-Back Day on Saturday, September 29, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00p.m. at the Town Dump. This is a great opportunity for those who missed the previous events, or who have subsequently accumulated unwanted, unused prescription drugs, to safely dispose of those medications. So clean out your medicine cabinet and safely dispose of those unwanted drugs to help prevent their misuse or improper disposal this Saturday, September 29th.
