160 Ridge Acres Road: Peter Everett and Sara H. Everett sold to Sebastiano Riva and Elizabeth Riva for $2,320,000.

6 Thomasina Lane: Lynne Jenkins Carmichael, Trustee, sold to Heather McAndrews and Gilles Raoul Schuddeboom for $1,530,000.

201 Long Neck Point Road: Firwood LLC sold to Paul H. Burnham, Trustee, for $5,850,000.

13 Fox Hill Lane: Herbert S. Washer and Shelley L. Washer sold to Steven A. Wright and Alison C. Wright for $2,900,000.

22 Oak Crest: Edward G. Huffman and Cheryl R. Huffman sold to Knowlton O'Reilly for $1,650,000.

175 Middlesex Road: Middlesex Realty Associates LLC sold to Fredrik Nilsson and Sharon Nilsson for $2,100,000.
