Not everyone is a paramedic, emergency responder or firefighter, but you may be surprised at how many volunteers form a backbone to these essential public services. That’s why VolunteerSquare is teaming up with the Red Cross Connecticut Chapter to host a free training session to become a certified Red Cross volunteer.
After just one training session, you’ll be able to effectively respond during an emergency, so heed Ben Franklin’s wise words.
