The downtown Darien building that currently houses the Nicholas Roberts Fine Wines shop and the Erica K. store recently changed hands for $1,675,000.
The two-story structure at 1049-1053 Post Rd., sitting opposite the intersection of the Post Road and Corbin Drive, was sold on Dec. 9, according to documents filed Dec. 23 in the Darien Town Clerk's Office.
The sellers were Sharon Cook, Joseph Franza, Toni DiReienzo, Robert Franza and Joanna Scalora. The buyer: ELD Street Properties LLC of 14 Edgerton St.
