The 207 Middlesex Rd. property pictured above was a tear-down that recently sold for $1,900,000 -- which is $175,000 more than the sellers had paid for it last May.
The property, near the corner of Middlesex Road and Noroton Avenue, had been bought by LTB Properties LLC of Norwalk for $680,000 on March 23, 2012. LTB Properties demolished the original, much smaller home and put up the present house.
The company then sold it on May 10, 2013 for $1,725,000, which was $1,045,000 more than the builder had paid for it. (See before and after pictures here,)
Michael L. West and Charlotta West, the buyers, then sold the house on Jan. 28 to Theodore Kuo and Ningning Kuo for $1,900,000. Papers were filed in the Darien Town Clerk's Office the same day.
