Blue Wave Pride Day

On Saturday, September 25 the Blue Wave Pride Club and the Darien Chamber of Commerce will host Blue Wave Pride Day from 9-1 throughout town. This event is a town wide pep rally kicking off the beginning of Homecoming week. Businesses participate by displaying blue and white balloons, wearing blue and white, and serving blue and white refreshments.

Athletes have tables in the shopping areas selling memberships to the Blue Wave Pride Club.

The Blue Wave Pride Club is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support all of the Darien High School athletic teams and to raise blue Wave Pride through the community. The Club works with DHS administrators and coaches of all DHS teams to identify their requests for enhancements to the DHS programs.
