Darien YMCA Open Turkey Day for Training

Start a new tradition! The Darien YMCA will be open for the first time on Thanksgiving morning from 6:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. YMCA members and their friends and family are invited to be a part of the 1st Annual Turkey Day Training. Enjoy the Wellness Center, pool or gym. Or, try one of the special Turkey Day Training group exercise classes:

7:30 a.m. - Spin

8:00 a.m. - TRX

9:00 a.m. - Spin

9:15 a.m. - Yoga

9:15 a.m. - Sports Conditioning
