Damned if they do, Damned if they don't
I just received an email from a "spotter" who saw a SEMS fly car on Hollow Tree Ridge Road. I wonder if the SEMS fly car had been stationed at Post overnight. If Post had a SEMS unit stationed at its HQ overnight, then it would be admitting my concerns were valid (See Don't Shovel yesterday) and that speed to patient was critical. If Post didn't have a SEMS unit stationed at Post HQ overnight, then they ran the risk of not being able to have paramedics respond because of the storm. I also wonder if First Selectman Jayme Stevenson is even aware of this issue. Stay tuned. Walter Casey.
