No Answers

The Posties cannot answer why if paramedics don't have to be with a patient at the start of treatment, why is it that almost any town that can have paramedics, has them? Why, if response times aren't important, does almost everyone emphasize them, including Post 53? Why doesn't Stamford have high school kids and adult volunteers dealing with medical emergencies? What justification is there for the disparity in paramedic response times to different areas within Darien? And many, many more questions that need to be answered.
