Bertucci's Restaurant has been in Darien for 18 years, said manager Matthew Maruzzella. Bertucci's is famous for its brick oven pizza cooked over a wood fire. All the pizza dough and bread is made in-house daily. Though known for its pies, the restaurant is trying for a more upscale reputation and is emphasizing its grilled items, including salmon and filet mignon.
