The Democratic Town Committee (DTC) is the Democratic Party organization in the Town of Darien. Up to 25 committee members are elected to two-year terms by a caucus. Members work together to elect Democrats to office, to recommend qualified volunteers for appointment to Darien’s governmental boards and commissions, and to study and influence local, state and federal government policy of concern to Darien. The group meets once a month at the Town Hall and is chaired by John Davis.
