Aidan Gaffney, BS, CPT Owner of Vibe Fitness LLC

Aidan, a former D-I athlete, possesses a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  Aidan has over 15 years of experience in the health, fitness and wellness industry and has worked with the top fitness professionals in the country.  He is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), TRX and holds a coaching certification with the State of Connecticut.  Aidan coaches wrestling at Darien High School, as well as Legion Baseball for the Redding/Easton SR baseball program.
