Nicolas Cloutier, Neighbor

Nicolas grew up in Trumbull. In May 2009, he graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor's degree in journalism.

Nicolas developed a passion for video production in high school, originally planning to become involved in the film industry. However, after participating in a Fox61 "Student News" story, he began to focus his talents on journalism, attempting to bring a creative edge to the visual aspect of storytelling.

This past spring he interned at WVIT-Hartford (NBC30) where he worked closely with the staff to hone his skills in newswriting.
