Young Life is built around genuine and unconditional relationships. Local adult leaders accept, spend time with, listen to, seek to understand, and enjoy responsible and authentic friendships with all kids regardless of their background, appearance, or beliefs. This approach provides caring adult role models, bridges of trust and guidance, and opportunities to support teenagers in many ways. Along the way, kids can gather information about the Christian faith in an understandable and respectful way.<br><br>Supported by an adult steering committee and a network of parent supporters and alumni, Young Life has been in Darien for more than forty five years and has earned a reputation for positively impacting the lives of teenagers. Young Life offers something for everyone. Time to relax, be with friends, have fun, and think about life. There are no requirements, no "membership" and no exclusions. Everyone is invited to participate in Young Life at any level at anytime.
