This program
will feature over 260 high school music students performing a wide range of
holiday favorites that all are sure to enjoy. Director of Music, Richard Sadlon
states, “Although our students study and perform a vast repertoire of concert
literature during the the school year, this holiday concert is our way of
celebrating the season and thanking the community for their support of our
music students throughout the year. The musical accomplishments of our music
students are really amazing and this concert is sure to impress all who attend.
Many say that the musical level is so accomplished that they forget that high
school students are performing. ”
The Holiday
Spectrum Concert will be held in the Darien High School auditorium on Wednesday,
December 18 at 7:30 p.m. The program
will last about one hour, there is no charge for admission, and all are
encouraged to attend. Doors will be open
at 6:30 p.m. to coincide with the Community Council Holiday Auction.
